Our Policies

Due to the nature of this procedure, refunds are NOT applicable. 

If for some reason you are unhappy or not satisfied with your service, we must be contacted within 24 hours to make further arrangements. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do our absolute best to make sure you have a positive experience with us and our services. 

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, we must be contacted immediately (no later than 24 hours) for assistance in assessing the situation. 

*Refunds are not given for allergic reactions; however, a voucher will be given for another service of your choice (equal or lesser value).

We appreciate each one of our clients, and we work very hard to make sure everyone is beyond pleased each time. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We kindly ask that you give  a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled less than the 24-hour period, you will be charged 50% of the full scheduled service price.

• When booking,  your billing information is secured  on file. When an appointment is canceled your card will automatically be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
• If  necessary, the next appointment cannot be scheduled without amending  the missed or late-cancelled appointment 

Running late: After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. We schedule our appointment back to back, and by waiting on one client it pushed all the following appointments behind.  If you are running late, please let us know in advance so we can try to accommodate you.

When a No-Show occurs, it takes up a large blocks of time that impacts other guests. we understands that sometimes things happen, however, we are always just a text or message away. 

If you miss your appointment without canceling or contacting us you will be charged the FULL service price booked.

No- showing to an appointment is a HUGE inconvenience. You will receive a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. Therefore if you need to reschedule you can easily do so,

Please avoid wearing any eye makeup to any of the facial services

 ( Lash extensions, microblading, facials, facial waxing, make up application). With Lash Extensions and Microblading, you will not be able to get your lashes or brows wet for 24 hours so it is recommended to shower prior to your appointment to accommodate for this.

MICROBLADING / MICROSHADING PRE- CARE

*Do not work out 24 hours before procedure.
*Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to procedure.
*Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Advil/Ibuprofen 24 hours before procedure.
*Discontinue Glycolics, Chemical Peels and Retin-A 4 weeks prior. 
*No brow waxing or tinting one week before.

Please Note: You will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle as well.

*You have to be off any kind of Accutane for 1 year. NO Exceptions!

IF YOU GET FILLERS, THEY SHOULD BE DONE 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED PROCEDURE OR DONE 6 WEEKS AFTER THE PROCEDURE. IF YOU USE BOTOX, IT SHOULD BE PERFORMED EITHER 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED PROCEDURE OR 2 WEEKS AFTER YOUR PROCEDURE.
